Our discovery starts from the very first conversation. We believe that in order to craft lasting customer experiences, we must first get into the mindset of the customer. We look for pain-points within the brands current strategy, identify content gaps, as well as actively seek ways to improve the way they service and engage with their customers & audience. These insights help us establish metrics, goals and KPI’s so that we can effectively measure the success of the engagement.
