The FNBO Tower Transformation project exemplifies an extraordinary odyssey in rejuvenating an iconic skyscraper and metamorphosing it into a state-of-the-art, sustainable, technologically advanced office environment.
FNBO, previously known as First National Bank of Omaha, joined forces with RDG Planning & Design to strategically revamp its real estate assets, tailoring them for the workplace of tomorrow. This meticulously devised and seamlessly executed transformation of its workspace and technology equips FNBO with the agility to adapt its operational approaches effectively, adeptly meeting the ever-shifting demands of the future workplace.
Integral to this endeavor, CTI and OpenEye were enlisted to reimagine the outward-facing areas. Their objective was to heighten engagement and nurture a robust employee-client partnership. They achieved this by harnessing the potential of immersive projection mapping, expansive direct-view LED walls, architecturally embedded displays, and enveloping soundscapes.
OpenEye collaborated closely with FNBO’s brand team to craft a content strategy that artfully conveyed the brand’s narrative through distinctive visual themes, breathing life into the space.
