She’s a comedian, YouTube entertainer, mother of two dogs, majestic internet creature, and self-proclaimed unicorn. So how do we encapsulate all that is Jenna Marbles into an experience at Madame Tussauds, Times Square?
Through a #selfie of course!
Through Madame Tussauds, we set a strategy that exploited Jenna’s social influence while striving for that creative WOW! factor it calls for. We came in and designed this experience, the second-only selfie-taking wax figure in the Madame Tussauds portfolio (after Kim Kardashian), where the guest can get up-close and personal with Jenna and in her words, “grope-da-butt”.
For this project, we used a blend of innovative user-experience design as well as custom mobile programming & development to be able to bring Jenna to life. With her holding a smartphone, a photo is taken by pressing a button on her hand and once snapped, the selfie appears on the branded Microsoft Surface 3 tablet where you can share your celebrity selfie to the world.
