Goal

Jenna has over 15 million YouTube subscribers, so the ultimate goal was to translate all that she is online, into a wax figure utilizing a truly interactive experience.

Insight

Good engineering played an important role in this project as sometimes a Creative Director in addition to delivering amazing UX, also needs to be an A/V technician, electrician as well as a general contractor. All in a days work.

Approach

Working closely with the Madame Tussaud's brand, we developed this concept to fit within their strategy of reaching a new market while staying true to the brands’ positioning of showcasing the ultimate celebrity experience.

Results

The Jenna Marbles experience continues to be one of the more heavily visited parts of the Times Square location, and we are seeing extremely positive numbers in regards to engagement and shares via social media.
