Goal

Take an existing digital way-finding experience, and re-imagine the UX/UI while providing relevant guidance on the scalability and success of the program.

Insight

A 60-day timeline for this type of project is unheard of, so our team had to work seamlessly with the client to ensure we were managing all expectations while still pushing to ensure the customer experience matched the clients’ stellar reputation.

Approach

The previous group had installed a hardware/software combination that we were able to integrate our team into swiftly while still incorporating our unique approach to designing a digital wayfinding program.

Results

By being “Johnny On-The-Spot” for this project, we were able to showcase our agency's dynamic and creative work ethic to a thriving Northeast resort, and position them as a leader in digital customer experience.
